Will Twitter become Instagram for video?
Here is a new social platform iteration that publishers should keep their eye on: Using its acquisition, Vine, Twitter may soon allow users to tweet six second videos (not just links to videos). The move has been reported as a response to Instagram's news breaking qualities as users can immediately upload filtered images of any event using that app. Twitter is taking that ability a step further with video tweets.
