Recently, I emailed a staff member asking “How many books did we sell last month?”
Then I started scrolling through emails to find a message that another staff member had sent me updating the subscriber numbers for one of our key membership programs.
A couple days later, I realized I had not received the numbers I'd asked for. So, I picked up the phone. And got voice mail. Left a message asking for those numbers again.
