Mel,
Of the three questions I raised at my last seminar, the one that gets the most uncomfortable reaction is the first one.
Can a smart teenager get 80% of what you do from ChatGPT?
People want to argue with it. They want to list the things a teenager couldn't possibly understand about their industry, their relationships, their nuance.
But here's the thing I've noticed: the most revealing moment isn't the answer. It's the pause before the answer.
Because the question is really asking something deeper than "is your knowledge replaceable?"
It's asking: where does your actual value live? In what you know or in what you do with what you know?
For most of the last century, those two things looked identical. Your knowledge was your product. What you could understand and explain to a client was the ceiling of what you could deliver.
That ceiling just got blown off.
On June 25th at 12pm Eastern, Josh and I are going to dig into what that actually means for a 7-figure business, and what to do about your answer to that question.
