Mel, $1 billion in one dollar bills weighs ten tons. I looked it up. One 18-wheel tractor trailer can fit 10 billion dollar bills. Now, imagine 5 tractor trailers full of dollar bills. That's what the US government has been spending every single year to "cure cancer." For 50 years.
