Mel,
Even casual fans of the classic rock band, Led Zeppelin, know the names Jimmy Page and Robert Plant.
Probably fewer know the name John Bonham, the drummer with fists of iron.
But by far the least famous member was John Paul Jones. Jones was "the bassist" but he was so much more than that.
He was an integrator.
While each member of Led Zeppelin brought their own distinct talents and creative vision, Jones played a crucial role in bridging the various musical elements and ensuring a cohesive sound.
He was not only a skilled bassist but also a talented multi-instrumentalist, contributing on keyboards, mandolin, and more.
Jones' musical versatility and his ability to arrange and orchestrate different musical ideas helped shape Led Zeppelin's signature sound.
Additionally, he played a key role in the band's studio recordings, contributing to the production and engineering aspects, further showcasing his integrator role within the group.
In fact, during the recording of the album, "Presence" when Jimmy Page fell into a heroin-induced stupor and Robert Plant was recovering from a car accident…Jones did a great deal of the studio work.
Now, I'm not saying you're a rockstar.
And I'm CERTAINLY not saying you're an addict!
But I will say that in every 7-figure "band," the owner is almost always the bottleneck.
Nearly every 7-figure business owner needs an integrator.
Someone with the ability to act as a bridge from your ideas to reality.
Someone to unleash you and help you unlock the potential in your business.
How do you find your John Paul Jones?
On our live presentation, Josh, David and I show you how to find and audition YOUR perfect integrator.
