What is more valuable: app downloads or revenue? iPhone apps that changed their price from $3 anywhere to $1 increased in downloads by 1,665% over a five-day period, according to a survey by Distimo. The company is encouraging iOS app developers to drop their app prices in order to rack up more downloads.
