Mel,
They are static.
All noise...no signal.
They bounce off the reader's brain like superballs off a concrete driveway.
They may hiss like a July 4 sparkler (so safe a 4-year-old can hold) until they sputter and fizzle to their death.
Their rhythm, if they have any, is the screech of a car alarm at 6AM on a Saturday…or the plodding plop of a leaky bathroom faucet at 2AM on a Tuesday.
They are gone sometimes before they are even here.
Shots are confiscated mid-flight or dropped into the eternal void of the dead letter office.
Do your emails (your songs!) sing with the rhythm and soul they need to spark joy and caress the heart?
Music and rhythm find their way into the secret places of the soul – Plato
That was 300-odd years before Jesus. Guess he knew a thing or two about writing in order to be remembered.
John and I are doing three webinars.
We call it Rhythm, Soul & Rock and Roll.
We'll show you how we write emails that get opened at a 20%-30% rate (in an industry where 8% is considered great)... devoured... and remembered.
And how you can do it too.
Don't call it a copywriting course.

Seize the day!
