AI and Large Language Models are all the buzz these days, but does it live up to the hype?
I would argue that it is not being hyped enough because we are trying to play an old game with new rules.
The new rules have ushered in a paradigm shift of paradigm shifts.

In 1436, the Printing Press allowed humanity to broadcast its imagination and ideas beyond the kitchen table or the town square.
In the late 1920s and early 1930s, radio programs exponentially amplified the broadcasting of information, education, and entertainment – Radio ushered in the first virtual culture to cross geographic borders as massive audiences gathered around this new device to take in the broadcast.
By the 1950s, television trumped the written and spoken word to introduce the ability to visually connect to disseminators of information, education, and entertainment.

Scott Schang is not a coder. He's an entrepreneur, a creative, an empath…a mere mortal with an active imagination.
I believe this is the perspective, the filter, we need for understanding and explaining AI.
AI is not a "thing" that you learn, it is a reality that you accept and learn to co-exist with.
You will not be replaced by this technology, but you can be replaced by your competition if they embrace this new reality.
