Do not use any Internet-enabled devices one day/week. *Read books that have nothing to do with your business / current projects on your days off. If you read business books on off days, your mind tends to gravitate back to your work, then you want to get to your computer so you can do the work. Then you've just worked on your off day. *Keep pen and paper at your bed and in your wallet while you're out and about. Scribble notes and ideas.
