Is this you Mel?

Hey Mel,

Tell me if this sounds familiar.

Your alarm goes off at 6 or 7 and you wake up, bleary eyed, before stumbling off to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee.

You sit down, take a sip of coffee, open your laptop, and brace for impact.

7 slack notifications, 4 private messages on Facebook, and "only" 13 new emails all demanding your attention and response.

A light morning.

You stretch your wrists and dutifully begin to pound out your responses on your keyboard, answering each message one by one.

Only now - the rest of the world is waking up, too.

Every message you send invites a response, or a clarification, or a comment.

You respond to these as well (it's rude not to, after all).

At last, a few hours later, you clear out your inbox and have some time to work on your priorities for the day.

You open up a new window to begin your work and get lost in your task for the next 30 minutes.

You can feel yourself getting into flow. This is going to be a good day…

DINNNNNNNG

Your calendar alarm sounds like an air horn, jolting you out of your task.

You glance at your phone and realize you'd forgotten about your upcoming meeting in 30 minutes...and you still need to prep an agenda!

The rest of your day continues on much like this, until finally, at 6 or 7pm that night when you decide to call it quits, you look back on your day and ask yourself…

"What did I actually ACCOMPLISH today?"

If you can relate to even a part of this story, you're not alone.

In fact, I'm sorry to say that this is the default existence for the majority of professionals and entrepreneurs that I speak with.

But it doesn't have to be this way.

Which is why this Monday, I'm launching the first ever LIVE 5 Day Challenge I've ever held.

It's called the Detox, Declutter, and Dominate Challenge...and it's designed to do one thing:

Get you crystal clear on your most important priorities, cut your schedule down with ruthless efficiency, & make meaningful progress towards your goals every single day.

You can click here to save your spot.
