Mel,
Back in 2016 I hit the wall.
This was my version of the 7-figure desert.
I was ragged…disappointed…depressed.
It was not easy getting up to work on or in my business.
We had been pushing and pushing and pushing…trying to make MY business less reliant on me.
We tried a lot of things…some worked…some didn't.
Eventually I realized my "bottleneck" was that my business was never going to be a Star or a Simplifier or a Network Effect business.
It could be a cash cow…but I was never going to turn it into a massive revenue-magnet that could run without me.
So, I pivoted. Made big cuts. Started spending way more time with my top-line clients. The ones who pay me $10K to $60k per year.
And taking equity.
Essentially, I started another business within my first business.
Suddenly I had more time to work on my fascinating side projects…and my desire to work in and on my primary business increased.
If you don't enjoy working in your business, there is only so much you can do to take it to the next level.
If the "next level" just sounds like more dreary drudgery…who would want that.
AMN member Matt Coffman was at the dreary drudgery stage…ALL entrepreneurs hit this wall one way or another when they get to 7 figures.
Now Matt's desire for working in and on his business has returned with a vengeance.
How did he make the switch?
How can you make the switch?
Let's talk about it on my next live presentation with Matt.
